Physical fitness can be defined in two categories ;


Health-related


Health-related fitness is Aerobic, Muscular mass training, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility. These dimensions are related to overall body structure.   


Motor-related 

The moter-related exercise consists of high-volume training programs and events such as Crossfit and other fitness-related compilations. These kinds of special training are high intensity and good willpower.

Good diet

A good diet has a major role in our lifestyle it makes your mind sharp, keeps body energetic
and healthy in shape. A good diet will protect you from bad diseases and will boost your immunity. It will help you with mental strength and mental calmness.  



Intense workout


A good intense workout will rise your metabolism rate for long hours and it will help you lose a lot of calories in a short period of time. An intense workout will help you lose fat in a short period of time. It will help you gain muscle mass and help you reduce keep your heart rate low   





Good testosterone level


Good testosterone level keeps sexually active and increases the good level of stamina in men and helps your long drive in bed. It helps in building muscles and gaining size. It plays a big role in fat loss and keeping the body healthy. A good testosterone level keeps your mind creative and calm and helps you keep focus and long-term planning    




Good mindset 


A good mindset is the better way to live a great life. It requires a great mindset to see the positive in everything everyone could see the energy when you talk to them. be a good leaner great listener and amazing vibe throughout the meetings. there is the old quote I heard think like a fighter act like a lover and sound like a leader.   





Good reward

A good reward mentality is best to do any sort of work and make a habit like this. after doing the best focus work you can don give yourself a bit of reward in the shape of music, ice cream, dance, party, reading a favorite novel such things like that. this will help to mentally drive to do any work in such time period its best technique for the mental drive to have focuses

  1. Great article! My fitness goal is to incorporate more of the motor related skills you mention into my workouts. I've been working on balance lately and for a few years I studied a new dance style that would've helped co-ordination. Next is speed and agility.
